Somewhere, a Halliburton employee is crying
Governor Sonny Perdue of Georgia has asked the state's schools to close down for "two early snow days" in order to save gas during the recovery of the hurricanes. Reports are stating that while many kids in Georgia are excited, approximately fourteen overeager children dove headfirst out their door this morning expecting snow and instead finding concrete.
By closing the schools, an estimated 225,000 gallons of fuel would be saved by keeping buses off the road and teachers in their respective huts and shacks. A few schools have not been willing to comply, but in the interest of hurricane relief, there is a solution to this:
BICYCLES WITH TASSLES

The worst that can happen is a few bikes will lose some air, but come on, we've got a ton of that. Although everyone would show up to work or school about twenty six days later then expected, it would save gas (and give us a reason to say "bike tassles").
The IRA decomissioned their weapons today. Thank goodness.
